Terms of service

These terms govern your use of nabi.fashion and any purchase you make here. By placing an order you agree to them.

The pieces

Every nabi piece is garment-dyed in small, counted lots. Color varies slightly between pieces and within one piece; that variance is part of the product, not a defect. Screens render color differently, so the tone you receive may read a shade warmer or cooler than it did on yours. When a dye lot ends, the tone retires and will not be reordered.

Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include no taxes; applicable taxes and shipping are added at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order where a price or stock was listed in error, where we suspect fraud, or where we cannot ship to the address given, and we will refund anything already paid. An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation.

Sets

A set is two pieces sold together at a set price. The set price applies when both pieces are bought in the same order; returning one piece of a set returns the set to single-piece pricing.

Returns

Returns follow our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The name nabi, the butterfly mark, the tone names, the stories and the photographs on this site belong to nabi and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
