Shipping & returns

Everything ships from the USA. Orders leave us in two to four business days and arrive a few days after that, tracked. Sets ship free; everything else ships for a flat rate you will see at checkout.

Returns

You have thirty days from delivery to change your mind. Send the piece back unworn and unwashed, with its label, and we will refund the full price to your original payment method within a week of receiving it. The tone will understand.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Start a return and place a new order for the size you want, so the piece is held for you while the first one travels back. If the tone has retired by then, we will do our best, but a retired tone never restocks.

Write to us within seven days with a photo and we will sort it out, no forms, no fuss.
