You have thirty days from the day your order arrives to change your mind. The tone will understand.

What can come back

Any piece that is unworn, unwashed and still carries its label. Sets can be returned as a set or as single pieces; if one piece stays, the set price no longer applies and we refund the difference accordingly.

How it works

Write to us at the address on the contact page with your order number and the pieces you are sending back. We will send a return label and the address. Once the parcel reaches us, we check it and refund the full price of the returned pieces to your original payment method within seven business days. Return shipping is on us for exchanges and for anything that arrived wrong; for a change of mind we deduct the cost of the label.

Exchanges

Because our dye lots are small and a retired tone never restocks, we cannot promise the same tone will still be here when your return arrives. The fastest way to a new size is to start a return and place a fresh order for the size you want.

Something arrived wrong

Write to us within seven days of delivery with a photo and we will replace or refund it, no forms, no fuss.

Final sale

Gift cards and pieces marked final sale cannot be returned.
