Everything ships from the USA.

Processing

Orders leave us in two to four business days. Each piece is garment-dyed and counted, so a few pieces are finished to order; if your order needs more time we will tell you before it ships.

Rates and times

Sets ship free across the contiguous United States. Everything else ships for the flat rate shown at checkout. Standard delivery takes three to six business days after dispatch; tracking arrives by email the moment the parcel is scanned.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. If you are somewhere else and would like a tone, write to us; when a dye lot allows it we open a small window for international orders.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a tracked parcel stops moving or arrives damaged, write to us within seven days and we will sort it out with the carrier on your behalf.
